Steve launches the final of 'The Silverys' for 1989, his version of The Mercury Prize, in which he picks a year before the prize existed, and asks listeners who should have won had the prize been run. Plus another chance to hear Idles in session, recorded in August last year around the release of their Mercury nominated 2nd album 'Joy as an Act of Resistance'.
