Terry McHugh, Madlug, Joe Barr

John hears from comedian Terry McHugh, endurance cyclist Joe Barr, and charity worker Dave Linton on the bags he's designed for children in care.

John hears from comedian Terry McHugh, who has turned his experiences after having two mini-strokes in his 30s into a stand-up comedy show. Endurance cyclist Joe Barr tells us about his world record attempt in September, and charity worker Dave Linton, the man behind Madlug, talks about the bags he's designed for children in care.

We'll also have live music from Sam Kane of the Ulster Orchestra, and Paula McIntyre serves up some pork salad.
