The Undertone thinks they'd serve battered sausages, Janet thinks chicken in a basket while Thomasina says it has to be chip butties. Margaret in Lisburn used to serve suppers at supper dances in the Woodlands hotel and it was always cold meats and salad because there were always late customers. Gerry in Crossmaglen says their supper dance food was stew while Mervyn in Comber says their Orange Hall supper dance serves stew with country music playing too.
