Terms and Conditions

On Friday 19th July 2019 and Saturday 20th July 2019 The Gerry Kelly Show on 91Èȱ¬ Radio Ulster will be giving away five pairs of tickets each day to Let’s Rock ‘The Retro Festival’ in Belfast on Saturday 3rd August 2019

1. The giveaway is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 and over, except 91Èȱ¬ or 91Èȱ¬ Group employees, anyone connected with the giveaway and their close relatives. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested. The ticket includes entry for two adults (over 18 years of age).

2. To be in with a chance of getting a pair of tickets listeners will be asked to text ‘Retro’ toÌý 81771 when the lines open at 4.10pm on Friday 19th July 2019 and at 12.45pm on Saturday 20th July 2019, each time for 30mins. Once the entry period has closed each day the winners will be selected at random and called back using the number entered for the competition. Texts are charged at your standard message rate.

3. Full and detailed instructions on how to take part in the ticket giveaway will be given regularly live on-air throughout the duration of the ticket giveaway, which lasts for 30mins each day.

4. Tickets cover standard entrance to the event only.

5. The tickets are as described above. There is no cash alternative and the tickets cannot be sold or transferred in any circumstances. Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used for free entry to Let’s Rock in Belfast on Saturday 3rd August 2019

6. Travel to the event, any accommodation and any other cost will be solely at the entrant’s expense. The 91Èȱ¬ will not provide accommodation or travel and will not reimburse those selected for any such costs.

7. The 91Èȱ¬ will not be responsible for any failure by the ticket holders to gain entry or re-entry to event due to the behaviour of the ticket holders.

8. The 91Èȱ¬â€™s decision is final. No correspondence relating to the selection will be entered into.

9. The 91Èȱ¬ reserves the right to: (i) disqualify any entries that breach these rules or are in any way fraudulent; (ii) withdraw the giveaway at any stage, should any successful registrant or their guest exhibit inappropriate or dangerous behaviour (including, but not limited to being under the influence of alcohol, restricted drugs or chemical substances or causing a nuisance) and; (iii) cancel the giveaway at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control. There can only be one entry per person.

10. The 91Èȱ¬, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with the Internet or otherwise which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered.

11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when registering.

12. To the extent permitted by law, the 91Èȱ¬ will not be liable for any loss or damage (whether such damage or losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise) including financial, reputational loss or disappointment.

13. The giveaway is run by the 91Èȱ¬. The applicable law is that of England and Wales.
