Episode 7
An irreverent, sideways look at the world of Scottish football, from the top of the pile to the dogfights, the stars to the journeyman.
The panel give their big bold crazy predictions based on last week's SPFL action in 'It’s Only Week 33 But …'. We introduce a new section, 'On the Fence' as they talk about players and managers who divide opinion. Will they end up on the 'For Me' or 'Not For Me' side of the fence? Robert Borthwick aka The Social Media Guy brings in a smorgasbord of social media madness for the team to feast on in 'Beef of the Week', including coconut-gate and Lower League madness.
We tell the tale of Mauricio Pinilla in 'Join the Cult'. What made him a cult player for Hearts – and does Joel's heart still long for him? In 'Fantasy Football' we have outrageous scenarios from pop culture and news that the guys need the help of SPFL personalities to solve, including wrestling, Fleabag and your auld da Gordon Strachan.
Outside of the studio, a special 'Put a Shift In' sees Duncan and Duncan save the day while training with the Stenhousemuir goalkeeping squad. And in 'Why Didn't You Make It', Danny Galbraith, ex-Manchester United youth prospect tells us why he thinks he didn’t make it in his career, in a chapter which explores the question of who defines success.
The show is played out by Glasgow band and M.A.D Partick Thistle fans, HYYTS who do a brilliant, energetic, toe tapping performance of T.H.I.S.T.L.E.
