All this week we are looking at how farms deal with waste. It's illegal to burn or bury farm plastic, but it is collected, and farmers can be part of the waste recycling industry.
This week is Great British Beef Week. Beatrice Fenton went to meet James Small on his farm in Somerset and see how his business is going.
