Seun Kuti first sang in the band of his legendary father Fela Kuti when he was eight years old. When Fela died six years later, Seun became the lead singer with Egypt 80. For him, the strongly political message of Afrobeat is more relevant now than ever - and for him, it's a message of optimism: 'You put positivity in the world, you get positivity back'. This concert was recorded last summer at the Domaine D'O in Montpellier.
