Does Northern Ireland Have the Skills for the Future World of Work?

We speak to Dr Neil Bentley-Gockmann, Ashley Moore, Damian Duffy, Bill Atkinson and Tara Walsh about whether people in NI lack the skills needed to make their mark in business.

A recent survey suggested more than half of adults here lack the required skills to prepare themselves for the future world of work, and underlines that a third of employers are not intending to provide the kind of training which would mitigate that shortfall. Wendy speaks to guests about whether or not that survey is true to reality here.
