Are you worried about how much time kids spend on tablets, TVs and consoles? Ankur is asking this after leading paediatricians said that there is little evidence that screen use for children is harmful in itself but they do recommend that children do not use them an hour before bedtime. After that we hear from spoken word artist Ghalib Lone - a finalist at last year鈥檚 New York鈥檚 Poetry Slam. He鈥檚 about to release a film based on the work he performed at the event. Then Ankur is joined by Sukh Chamdal, the CEO of Egg Free Cake Box. He鈥檒l be talking about why they鈥檙e looking to expand their business despite a string of High Street shops closing down in 2018. And we speak to Asian Network presenter Ashanti Omkar who wants to encourage people to talk openly about living with hidden illnesses.
