The Commons speaker says the government may have committed contempt of parliament by not publishing full legal advice on Brexit.
Lots to talk about this morning, so in terms of Brexit there is a lot going on today. We have five days of marathon debate in store all leading up to the parliamentary vote on Tuesday. But before we can get to that MPs will hold a debate and vote today on whether to refer this issue of publishing Brexit legal advice to the Standards Committee. Six opposition parties -- including Labour and the DUP -- had appealed to the Speaker after the Attorney General told MPs that he would not make public his full advice. John Bercow announced his decision last night.
