More than 800 days have passed since the UK voted to leave the EU and yet a deal - if there is indeed to be one - is still not nailed down. Hard border, frictionless border, Irish Sea border. Northern Ireland is the sticking point. And in the midst of all this, business is trying to figure out just what to plan for.
