Is there any support for young Asians who self-harm? We're asking this after a new report suggests that nearly a quarter of girls and 9% of boys in the UK said they had self-harmed. After that we're joined by this week's guru Tom Laws. He's a careers advisor from the National Careers Service and is in the studio with Nomia to answer all your questions. Plus we hear from Sangiev Sriskumar and Simran Randhawa about their involvement in an online programme called My Asian Alter Ego.
