Cerys is joined by musician Manu Delago talking about his new album 'Parasol Peaks' recorded at various altitudes on an expedition in The Alps.

Manu Delago took 7 musicians on a mountaineering expedition in The Alps. in order to record his new album 'Parasol Peaks'. Along the way, the group perform a collection of brand new compositions in different locations, at varying altitudes. Plus a world premier from Mercury Rev spin off Harmony Rockets and lots of music to get you in the mood for Notting Hill Carnival. As well as archive from Sylvia Plath, Alice Coltrane and Van Morrision.
