A trial week in Brisbane lets them all see the sort of home, work opportunities and lifestyle Australia could offer them. But will it ultimately mean tearing the family apart?

Salaman family update
By the time they had finished
filming in Brisbane they had decided that moving to聽 the Gold Coast was a
better fit.聽聽 They put their house on the market in July and
completed at the end of October. They have been living in rented accommodation
in Currumbin Waters聽since mid November.
The two youngest children are attending
Currumbin Palm Beach Middle School (Naomi) 聽and senior (Jacob) school.聽
Their eldest Alathea is going back to the UK on the 30th December to finish
her last year of 6th form. 聽The family has
managed to make the move in such short time...it was pretty much 6 months to
the day.
