Why I Fired Them
Lord Sugar looks back at the candidates who fell before the final hurdle and the tasks that took them to the brink, with the help of some previously unseen boardroom moments.
With the final approaching and Lord Sugar on the cusp of choosing his new business partner, this programme looks back on the candidates who fell before the final hurdle and the tasks that took them to the brink.
They muddled their way through Malta, mistakenly buying an octopus, added way too much spice to high-end doughnuts and made Santa blush with their cheeky chocs.
This year's candidates, including a professional speaker, a tax advisor and a nut-milk producer, have experienced great highs and jaw-dropping lows. They've brought comic characters to life via augmented reality, launched a new budget airline and sold live on air for a TV shopping channel.
Their trials and errors have made us chuckle, cry and cringe. With the help of some previously unseen boardroom moments, Lord Sugar leads us through the best and worst decisions made by this year's aspiring entrepreneurs. Reflecting on their boardroom bust-ups, he lets us in on the reasons he decided to utter the dreaded words - 'you're fired!'.
