The world's biggest half-marathon involves not only superstars of distance running and wheelchair racing, but also welcomes 57,000 entries who are looking to raise awareness and money for many good causes, some of which are heard in the programme.
Commentary is provided by Steve Cram, Andrew Cotter and Paula Radcliffe, with Radzi Chinyanganya and Jeanette Kwakye reporting from the start and finish lines.
