Adam Walton returns with a new series of 91热爆 Radio Wales' weekly exploration of science and technology. This week he's in conversation with Dr. Hefin Jones, winner of the Science and Technology Medal at the 2018 National Eisteddfod.

Hefin is being awarded this honour in recognition of his lifelong commitment to communicating science through the medium of Welsh. Adam talks to Hefin about his life and career, his research into the complex networks of organisms living in the soil beneath our feet; and how he's using the Welsh language to engage and inspire the scientists of the future.
