A group of young people from Glasgow have recently returned from a cultural exchange to Zambia. They're part of the Church of Scotland-backed youth project Bolt FM, and met up with young Zambians to share ideas and experiences, including how they and their communities are represented in the media. Two of the young broadcasters, Eilidh McMillan and Ross McFarlane join Sally, along with Neil Young, a youth leader with the Kirk.

And as the Edinburgh Fringe Festival gets underway, Sally meets one of the sharpest comedians on the circuit. In his show 'Saint, Sinner, Sufi', Imran Yusuf wrestles with his own virtues and failings, and the role of faith in his life.
