A round-up of the day's top news and sport. Life expectancy in the UK is rising at a slower rate than most other developed nations.

A study of twenty of the world's leading economies has found the UK experienced one of the biggest slow-downs in improvements to life expectancy between 2011 and 2016. The Office for National Statistics says the change was more pronounced for women than men. And we'll hear from a father from Edinburgh who's in Indonesia with his wife and children as the country deals with the aftermath of a major earthquake.
