In the 1970s she presented TV's That's Life, famous for its wonky carrots, talking dogs and for tackling some very serious issues of the day. She set up Childline to deal help children; these days Ester Rantzen's involved with Silver Line, helping to tackle loneliness in old age. Esther is Wynne's guest after midday. Before that, our retirement 'guinea pig' Bev will be reporting from the rough, tough world of Treorchy Bowls club, where win or lose, everybody enjoys a natter over a cup of tea.
