30/05/2018 - 'I never lift the top one'

Wee Spud wonders if anyone else picks a newspaper from the middle of the pile instead of taking the top one. Decorator Dave asks if you still squeeze a loaf in the shop.

Wee Spud wonders if anyone else picks a newspaper from the middle of the pile instead of taking the top one. Sean usually does but always checks the back of the paper. Thomasina thinks it's to make sure it's not 'scrumpled up'. Turns out it's to make sure there's no sticky label on the back page. Decorator Dave asks if you still squeeze a loaf in the shop. Sean does and also opens and closes tongs before he uses them. Tracy hokes in the back for the loaf with the best sell by date. Blaheen squeezes onions and tomatoes and wonders if this is a 'girl thing'. Why are jumpers referred to as 'big jumpers' in the summer? Music from Glen Campbell, Merle Haggard, Anne Murray, George Ezra, Sonny James and more.
