A round up of the day's news and sport with Sarah Brett and Tony Livesey. The Department of Transport says taxi licensing laws may have to be strengthened to keep the public safe. It's after claims some councils are issuing thousands of permits, and some aren't monitoring criminal records. Yulia Skripal the daughter of the former Russian Spy who was poisoned in Salisbury in March, says she's "lucky to be alive." Plus, the Environment Agency warns parts of the UK could face serious water shortages within decades unless consumers cut down.
