拢10,000 payout for every 25 year old and litter on Welsh beaches

Should every 25 year old get a 拢10,000 payout to help them with education or housing?

A think tank has suggested that every 25 year old should get a 拢10,000 "inheritance" payment towards a first time house deposit, business start-up, training or their pension. Do you agree? Do you think young people should get this payment?
And, after a scorching bank holiday weekend across Wales, scenes of littered beaches are being shared on social media.
The group 'Friends of Barry beaches' say the "only word to describe the behaviour of these inconsiderate visitors is DISGUSTING"
