Roy's special guest is Barry artist Dan Llywelyn Hall, who talks about his latest exhibition, which marks the 75th anniversary of The Dam Busters.

Roy finds out more about the 75th anniversary of The Dam Busters later this month. On Sunday his guest is Welsh artist Dan Llywelyn Hall, who has completed portraits of all the airmen who took part in the raid and the paintings will be unveiled at a special exhibition, just a few days ahead of the anniversary of the raid which began on the 16th of May 1943. One of the airman of the elite 617 Squadron who took part in those audacious attacks on dams in the Ruhr Valley in Germany was Gordon Yeo, who was just 20 years old and like Dan, came from Barry. Sadly, Gordon's plane was shot down over Holland after completing the raid and he and the rest of the crew were killed. On Roy's show on Sunday May 13 which is the day the exhibition opens, you can hear Roy in conversation with Gordon Yeo's second cousin Belinda Brown, and her father Fred, who grew up living next door to Gordon.
