Staffed by leading behavioural experts Sarah Fisher and Chirag Patel, veterinary surgeon Jo Headley and renowned dog trainer Craig Ogilvie, the centre uses specialist skills to not only get inside the animals' heads but also halt the hapless habits of their owners.
