Unfair Credit Scores, Ferry Disruption, Prescriptions
Consumer issues. Complaints about credit reference agencies, disruption to ferries serving the Scottish islands and the online pharmacy accused of causing patients confusion.
The Financial Ombudsman has told You and Yours it's received hundreds of complaints about credit reference agencies.
Most of the complaints involve agencies holding incorrect information about people or not updating their records quickly enough.
We speak to listeners who say they've been stuck with fraudulent or inaccurate data on their credit records.
In some cases, these mistakes have prevented people taking out a mortgage or renting a property.
Our reporter, Kate Holdsworth, has been investigating.
We look at why Scotland's main ferry company is having to scale back on some services to the Scottish islands.
Over Easter some services were disrupted with some locals having to wait weeks to book a trip.
The worry is that things may get worse as the tourist season gets into full swing.
A quarter of CalMac's ships are more than 30 years old, well past a ferry's normal shelf life.
Our reporter Moira Hickey goes island-hopping in the Hebrides, to find out how local businesses, residents and tourists are being affected.
The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has told You and Yours it's investigating the online drug seller, Pharmacy2U, after receiving 20 complaints about the company's marketing claims.
The regulator says the complaints were about two TV adverts which were broadcast in December last year and a tweet on the company's account in November.
We speak to the National Pharmacy Association which made one of the complaints.
Pharmacy 2U says it's collaborated with the ASA on its inquiry and has substantiated all claims made in the advert including one which says the company saves the NHS 拢300m every year in prescription medication costs.
