JJ Chalmers presents live coverage from the Gold Coast on the penultimate morning of the Commonwealth Games, with hockey, athletics, road cycling and rugby sevens top of the early agenda. The women's hockey final takes centre stage, followed by the 4x100m relays in the athletics stadium. New champions are guaranteed in the men's and women's cycling road race, with Welshman Geraint Thomas and England's Lizzie Deignan not defending their title.

The opening round-robin skirmishes in the men's rugby sevens include England versus Samoa and Jamaica, while Scotland and Wales get under way against Malaysia and Sri Lanka respectively.
