There's plenty of action taking place in both the swimming pool and the velodrome. England take on Malawi in netball, and England, Wales and Scotland play in the women's hockey.
There's plenty of action taking place in both the swimming pool and the velodrome today with a host of gold medals up for grabs. Elinor Barker of Wales and Katie Archibald of Scotland will be hoping to get onto the podium in the women's individual pursuit while England's Charlie Tanfield will be hoping his fairy tale can continue in the men's event. The 21-year-old student has made headlines by coming from outside the British Cycling set-up to become a world-class contender.
England's defending champion Adam Peaty will be hoping to book his place in the men's 100m breaststroke final, while the men's 200m freestyle final could involve England's James Guy, Scotland's Duncan Scott and South Africa's Chad Le Clos, who is hoping to add to his already bulging Commonwealth medal tally.
In netball, England's medal hopefuls take on Malawi and England, Wales and Scotland will all be in action in the women's hockey.
