Join Mark Stephen and Euan McIlwraith for the latest outdoor activities from Shetland to the Borders, plus the key stories for those who live and work in the countryside.

Euan attends The North East Invasive Non-native Species forum event in Inverurie. He hears about efforts to control species such as pink salmon and giant hogweed.

The Scottish government published a report last summer entitled Women in Farming and the Agriculture Sector. One of the results of that was a drive to hold more women-only events across the country offering inspiration and advice for women working in agriculture. Laura Cuthill attended one such event organised by the Farm Advisory Service earlier this week,

Coul Links is a wild stretch of coast in East Sutherland and it could soon become the site of a golf course development. Mark chats to project manager Chris Haspell about the plans for the site. He also hears from Scottish Wildlife Trust trustee Dr Kenny Taylor about the importance of the area from an environmental point of view.

Historylinks museum in Dornoch reopens this weekend for the season. Mark takes a wander around the town to find out more about its history and why the museum is important for the local community.

Euan revisits the island of Ulva. After launching a community buyout, residents there have been awarded up to 拢4.4 million from the Scottish Land Fund to buy the island and land on the neighbouring Isle of Mull. He finds out what their next steps are.

And Helen meets a couple looking for the ideal Scottish holiday destination.
