In this programme Ramsay visits Aviemore, the Highland town within the Cairngorms National Park. A year-round destination for outdoor activities, Ramsay's guaranteed to have an action-packed couple of days. He hones his survival skills with some lessons in axe-throwing and clay-pigeon shooting and races through the woodlands in a sledge pulled by Alaskan huskies. He experiences the ultimate buzz as he flies along a 500-metre zip wire over the treetops. As he prepares to return to city life on Sunday evening, Aviemore treats him to the perfect parting gift - a glorious sunset.
