The farming minister George Eustice has announced that there will be a review of the government's 25 year strategy to eliminate tuberculosis in cattle. Sybil Ruscoe asks him why a review is needed, and what it's likely to mean for the controversial badger cull.

While air pollution levels are decreasing, farming is the one industry where the figures are going in the wrong direction. The level of ammonia emissions from farms has risen, partly as a result of larger indoor dairy herds. Ammonia can become an air pollutant when muck is spread on fields. We hear from a scientist from the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology who explains the situation, and we put his points to a dairy farmer from First Milk.
