UB40 and Fern Britton

Michael Ball welcomes UB40 featuring Ali, Astro and Mickey - and Fern Britton into the studio.

Michael is back this week to host another game of On The Ball. He'll also be playing a few tracks from this weekend's Family Album and will be inducting another songwriter into his Hall of Fame.

This week Michael is joined by UB40 featuring Ali, Astro & Mickey, who will perform live in the Musician's Circle. Formed in Birmingham in 1978 and named after the British unemployment benefit document, this year they celebrate their 40th anniversary. Britain's biggest reggae group is back with their upcoming album 'A Real Labour of Love' which is their distinct take on a collection of songs they listened to whilst on the road in the 1980s.

TV presenter and author Fern Britton will also be popping by the studio for a chat.
