As an elderly woman dies waiting for an ambulance, you tell us your experiences of the NHS winter crisis.

An NHS trust has apologised to the family and friends of an elderly woman who died while waiting for an ambulance. The 81 year old woman from Clacton in Essex dialled 999 on Tuesday night - but it was 3 hours and 45 minutes before paramedics arrived. They had to force their way into her home, but she had already died when they got in.

Also, is there such a thing as a gender pay gap - or are women being denied access to higher-paying jobs?
