Gemma Cairney sits in with Andrew Hodson of Warm Digits and Matt Callanan of 'We Make Good Happen', in our 'Acts of Goodwill' special.

Andrew Hodson is involved in Seed Studios, an arts and well-being organisation that run music and media studios in Manchester.

He joins us to talk about how they use music to help local people gain a better chance in life, by improving their well-being and confidence, and empowering them to to achieve their creative goals.

Also joining us on the show is Matt Callanan, founder of the 'We Make Good Happen' movement. Matt was inspired by the good work that his father did in the community and is working towards achieving 403 Good Deeds.

Some of Matt's generous deeds include spending scratchcard winnings on food for a Big Issue seller,, throwing a Birthday party for a 100-year-old lady who had no family, and hiding an array of 拢10 notes in Cardiff, in the hope that those who find it will carry on his idea of helping others.
