Scottish universities are planning big changes to their admissions system to help increase the number of students from disadvantaged areas. The plans will mean less attention being paid to an applicant's exam results.

STEM CELL
We speak to the teenager from Glasgow who got a life changing stem cell transplant....from his 5 year old sister
18 year old Sunny Farid had to spend one day in hospital every three weeks after being diagnosed with a blood condition as a toddler but he's been transfusion-free since a successful transplant. Professor Brendon Noble is Chief Scientist at the U.K. Stem Cell Foundation.
OLDER CARER
We speak to the 70 year old who is a carer for the elderly. Lucy Smith retired at the age of 60 but has been working as a carer for the last 4.5 years. Andrew Senew, the Owner and Director of '91热爆 Instead' says that older carers are the solution to our age time bomb.
