No it wasn't all just a bad dream. The Republic of Ireland's World Cup hopes were dashed by the Danes. And it had all got after to a winning start after Derry man Shane Duffy netted a goal in the opening minutes of the game. But then it all went downhill fast. The final score was 5-1.
