Susan Hulme reports as MPs keep up the pressure on ministers to release their Brexit impact studies and the Scottish government faces warnings of a budget "blackhole".
The parties agree to meet to discuss a new grievance procedure for junior staff and others in Parliament. And some prisoners are to be allowed a vote, but a Conservative suggests bringing back penal servitude and hard labour as a quid pro quo.
