Eleanor Oldroyd and guests Carl Froch, Charlotte Edwards and Shaun Murphy discuss injuries, football's gender pay gap and whether there is enough mental health support in sport.

Eleanor Oldroyd tackles the big issues in sport this week with a panel of athletes who've reached the top of their games.

Since the start of the rugby union season in August, ten of the twelve Premiership clubs have suffered a combined 82 injuries to first-team players. Meanwhile, boxer Carl Frampton has told the 91热爆 he's more than halved his sparring regime to reduce the risk of brain damage. Are professional sportspeople's bodies now put under too much pressure?

For a long time the salaries in women's football have lagged behind the men's game. This week, the Norwegian FA announced that players of both genders will receive the same amount for representing the country. Does this mean sportswomen are moving closer to true equality?

Finally, in a week that included World Mental Health Day, former Coventry, Liverpool and Wigan goalkeeper Chris Kirkland opened up about his battle with depression. Is there enough help available for athletes struggling with mental health issues? And would the panel know how to get support?

Joining Eleanor to discuss all this and more are: British boxing great Carl Froch, former England cricket captain Charlotte Edwards and 2005 World snooker champion Shaun Murphy.
