Roddy Hart opens the doors for more live performances recorded at 91热爆 Radio Scotland's HQ at Pacific Quay.
Trio Wildwood Kin have toured with the likes of Ward Thomas and Seth Lakeman and released their debut album Turning Tides last month. Formed in Exeter and comprising sisters Beth and Emillie Key and their cousin Meghann Loney, they excel in effortless harmonies and won the title of Emerging Artist of the Year at the 2017 UK Americana Music Awards. They're fresh from playing Glastonbury and Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park so you're in for a live treat seeing them in the intimate Quay Sessions settings.
Roddy Woomble is best known as frontman of Scots indie giants Idlewild, but has forged a successful solo career over the past decade. He'll be playing songs from his latest solo album, The Deluder, which takes his music in a darker, more lo-fi direction. The album was written in the Hebrides, recorded in Edinburgh, London and the Isle of Mull and features longstanding collaborators Hannah Fisher and Sorren Maclean.
