Katherine Jenkins travels to the monastery on Caldey Island, just off the coast from the holiday resort of Tenby in west Wales, to sample monastic life in the 21st century. This monastery funds itself through its own businesses and small enterprises, and Katherine is guided around the monastery by Brother David, one of the longest-serving monks, who is also a published poet.
Josie d'Arby travels to Swansea to meet the father-and-son duo behind the choir Angelicus Celtis, the Britain's Got Talent semi-finalists.
With hymns and songs from the beach at Tenby Harbour.

Stories
Katherine Jenkins and Brother David meet on the centre green in the village on Caldey Island. They discuss the history and architecture of the Caldey Monastery, dating back to 1910, and how the Island brings people closer to God.聽
The Old Priory on Caldey Island
Brother David shows Katherine the site of the sixth century Celtic Monastery and the Caldey stone. Brother David explains the Celtic origins and the meaning of the Ogham script.
Angelicus Celtis
Josie D'Arby meets John Hywel Williams and finds out about the Angelicus Choir. Angelicus found famedom in summer 2016 when they reached the semi-final of Britain's Got Talent. This success story comes after a tragic car accident which killed John's wife Jean -- both John and Jean had worked with choirs for over 20 years and Jean never had the opportunity to see Angelicus perform.
Brother David's poetry
Brother David and Katherine Jones sit in the beautiful gardens behind the monastery and discuss modern monastic life. Brother David is a keen poet and he's released a number of collections of poetry -- he shares the title poem from his book, Delayed by Rough Seas.
Chocolate factory
Katherine Jenkins joins Jade Thomas -- an assistant chocolatier - in the chocolate factory on Caldey Island. Jade demonstrates the chocolate making process and shares a chunk of chocolate with Katherine.
