Jamie Owen explores the Islands of Wales to find out out what life is like for the people who live and work on them. This week, Jamie Owen visits Caldey Island off the coast of Tenby, home to a group of Cistercian monks. Father Daniel takes Jamie on a tour of his vegetable garden, a relatively new addition to the monastery garden and a return to the Cistercian tradition of being self sufficient. Jamie meets the lay community who keep the island ticking over on a daily basis; from running the post office to maintaining the miles of hedge rows that criss-cross the island.
