Mick Jones and Kelly Hansen from the band Foreigner share their 70s memories.

Mick Jones and Kelly Hansen from the band Foreigner share their 70s memories.

Originally from Portsmouth, Mick formed Foreigner in 1976 after getting stranded in New York. The band was formed of session musicians and friends from both England and America and called 'Foreigner' because wherever they were, half the band would be foreigners at any one time. Their debut album was released in March 1977 and sold more than four million copies in the United States, staying in the Top 20 for a year with hits such as "Feels Like the First Time", "Cold as Ice" and "Long, Long Way from 91热爆" cementing the band's reputation for anthemic rock.

Also on the show, Johnnie will delve into the 91热爆 archive to unearth what was happening this week in music in the 70s, and another classic seven-inch single will be added to Johnnie's Jukebox.
