The six-year-old Sunderland and England mascot Bradley Lowery has died. He became known around the world because of his battle with a rare cancer - Gary Lineker called him a warrior and an inspiration to the end. He became a close friend of his hero, Jermain Defoe - who said Bradley would be in his heart for the rest of his life.
