A new car club聽is starting up in the UK, the聽cars are electric and can be collected and dropped off wherever there are charging points, rather like city bike hire.The company behind it, Blue City, has invested a hundred million pounds in setting up the scheme. Hammersmith and Fulham council in London is the first to run it here with free membership for all residents.
