Euan heads out on a fishing boat and hears about the tensions between trawlers and creelers on the west coast of the country. Recent damage to a rare flame shell reef has brought the tensions to the surface once again and prompted debate around Marine Protected Areas.
Helen Needham visits the Birsay Community Hall in Orkney and hears about its importance to the local area and the different events it can host including concerts at the recent Orkney Folk Festival.
Mark finds out about the RNLI's Respect the Water campaign which highlights the importance of staying calm if you find yourself in trouble in water.
This week is Volunteer's Week and The Woodland Trust is looking for more people to get involved with the work they do. Mark visits one of their sites near Glenrothes and meets up with some volunteers and finds out about the different roles people can do within the organisation.
Getting out and about in the countryside can be difficult for wheelchair users. Tracks are rough, sandy and often have steep inclines. Euan meets a man who has designed an off-road wheelchair that will hopefully mean more users can enjoy the outdoors.
This weekend the Mountain Biking World Cup is being held in Fort William. A few weeks ago, Mark visited Developing Mountain Biking in Scotland's Glentress Forest site to hear about how Scotland is leading the way in growing the sport and the opportunities that mountain biking offers to businesses.
