Former Wales rugby star Ian Gough takes a flight over the Glamorgan coast in his Russian Yak plane, and competition heats up as Sir Brooke Boothby goes head to head against record-winning giant vegetable grower Phillip Vowles at the Vale Agricultural Show. We join Barry Island's fledgling lifeguards on one of the busiest days of the holiday as the summer draws to a close, and see if the larger-than-life showmen of the Barry Island Pleasure Park can finally get their new giant wheel up and running.
