From hipster bakeries to restaurants specialising in offal, Kim Lenaghan will be taking on reinvented tripe and rabbit in Ballynahinch, sourdough bread in Ballycastle, and the old favourite - snowballs, in Belfast.
And mentalist David Meade drops in for a cup of tea and some bread and butter pudding.
