What went so wrong with a contract to deliver healthcare for older people in Cambridgeshire? Plus how a former military dog handler is helping to save African wildlife.

When the NHS in Cambridgeshire signed a contract for older people's healthcare in 2015 it was the most expensive in the history of the health service. But it lasted just nine months before collapsing, costing taxpayers millions. Tom Barton investigates why it went so dramatically wrong, and what harm has been done to the health service as a result.

A former military dog handler in Norfolk is playing a crucial role in saving rhinos and elephants in Africa. Daryl Pleasants trains dogs in the UK to stop the poachers. Incredibly, there are now only one male and two female northern white rhinos left in the world, Inside Out has spent the last year following the dogs from training through to working in Africa.

Plus, 21-year-old Calum Titmus suffers from severe autism but, despite his disability, he's become a top ice skater who represents Britain in the Special Olympics.
