The talented Arjun Kanungo joins Nihal to talk about his upcoming performance at Asian Network Live. Cricket coach Maryam Ali tells Nihal she has wants to run girl-only sessions at communty centres rather than for teams and clubs. 'Friday's Unsung Hero' is Nusrit Nelly Shaheen who was born with harlequin ichthyosis, which causes the skin to grow 10 times faster than it should. It means her daily treatment routine has to be thorough or she risks infection. But despite the odds, Nelly works as a sports coach for kids and is raising awareness of her skin condition by doing a sky dive.
