On the show this week are Joan Ballantine, professor of accounting at Ulster University Business School - she's written a report into gender equality at executive level in our public sector; Cheryl McWilliams owns and runs Mother Bee which produces natural bees wax products for animals and humans; and Olivia Farnan author at the Blinky Company. Also on the show, Dr Barbara Orser, who's been described as one of the most powerful women in Canada, and the commissioner for public appointments Judena Leslie.
